Cause of overloading of no-load current in three phase asynchronous motor
(1) the air gap between the stator and the rotor is more than the specified value.
(2) the axial displacement of the rotor of the motor; the one end of the rotor is reduced to the stator core, so that the magnetic resistance of the magnetic flux is increased at the end of the rotor, and the no-load current is too large.
(3) the friction of the stator and rotor caused by bearing ball wear and axis bending. At this time the motor is no load, as well as load, so that the load current is too large.
(4) the number of windings per phase is not enough.
